2. The effect of inconsistent tension on the two ends of the blanket, so the blanket will be left or right deviation, so the machine has a blanket with correction roller. If the blanket is offset to the right, pull the right end of the blanket tighter; if the blanket is offset to the left, tighten the left end of the blanket. The specific steps: insert the special wrench for arranging into the adjustment of the tail end of the screw in the machine. Note clockwise for relaxation and counterclockwise for tension. Carry tape adjustments are not completed in a short time, so be patient.
3. Because it is a thermal machine, in the course of use, the shaft stick or

6. If you need to replace the heating element, reducer, heat transfer oil, etc., you must use the company's special model, not to change or replace it without permission, or it may cause a dangerous accident.
7. The outer surface of the heat-generating tube shall not be scrubbed with a corrosive liquid and scratched with hard objects after special treatment.
8. The mainframe blanket is a valuable component. Please be sure that the switch is on duty and prevent burnout. This part is not covered by the warranty.
9. In the event of a power outage, the machine is in a high temperature state. Immediately turn the handwheel above the right chassis and remove the blanket from the heat roller. At the same time, press the control switch to separate the pneumatic pressure shaft from the roller to prevent the blanket from burning or getting burned. Put heat-resistant barriers such as cardboard between the blanket and the drum.
10. It is forbidden to touch any drive and high temperature parts, otherwise crushing and scalding accidents may occur.
11. The surface of the heating roller must not be scrubbed with a corrosive liquid and the hard object should be scratched or pressed against the roller surface after special treatment. Otherwise, the transfer effect may be affected.
