The rotary screen printing, like the drum printing, is a continuous process in which the printed fabric is conveyed through a wide rubber band to the underside of the moving circular cylinder. Its principle is opposite to that of the roller, which is finished in the inside of the rotary screen (nickel mesh) like an external bleed (through a scraper, a magnetic bar and a pressure).
Third, is there a high degree of precision?
Both of these processes belong to the continuous printing method, and the speed is relatively fast; the fineness of the printing of the roller printing machine is determined by the fineness of the engraving. In theory, the fineness can be about 20 microns, and in actual production.
