Let's Know The Difference Between Roller Transfer Printing Machine and Rotary Screen Printing Machine

Roller Transfer Printing Machine is an indispensable equipment tool in the hot textile industry. The printing machine on the market is full of styles and brands. There are countless product specifications for a roller printing machine. Let our technician for you analyze the difference between the roller printing machine and the rotary screen printing machine.

First, can it be used continuously?
The roller transfer printing machine is a process for printing on a fabric with a copper cylinder engraved with a concave pattern, which is also called a copper roller printing. The engraved roller is referred to as the flower tube. When printing, firstly make the surface of the flower tube stained with color, and then use a sharp and flat scraper to scrape off the surface color paste of the unembossed part of the flower tube, leaving a color paste in the concave pattern. When the flower cylinder is embossed on the fabric, the color paste is transferred to the fabric to be printed. Each flower tube is printed with a color paste. If a plurality of flower tubes are mounted on the printing device at the same time, the color pattern can be continuously printed. Roller printing is also called iron cow printing in some parts of China, and its principle is consistent with our daily stamping.

Second, different printing methods
The rotary screen printing is a printing method in which the color paste in the rotary screen is printed on the fabric by pressure using a doctor blade. There are several important aspects of rotary screen printing that differ from other screen printing methods. The rotary screen printing, like the drum printing, is a continuous process in which the printed fabric is conveyed through a wide rubber band to the underside of the moving circular cylinder. Its principle is opposite to that of the roller, which is finished in the inside of the rotary screen (nickel mesh) like an external bleed (through a scraper, a magnetic bar and a pressure).

Third, is there a high degree of precision?
Both of these processes belong to the continuous printing method, and the speed is relatively fast; the fineness of the printing of the roller printing machine is determined by the fineness of the engraving. In theory, the fineness can be about 20 microns, and in actual production. The embodiment is obvious, but the fineness of rotary screen printing is determined by the fineness (mesh number) of the nickel mesh. For the current market maturity, it is more reasonable below 155M.

Fourth, the saturation of the printing color
Another difference that has to be said is the saturation of the rotary printing in large-area printing, especially the fabric with high gram weight is incomparable to the roller; of course, the roller has obvious advantages in double-sided printing (front and back of the fabric), and the rotary screen is obvious, unable to do

The above is the difference between the rotary transfer printing machine and the roller screen printing machine introduced by our technician. There are many printing machine equipments on the market, but we can choose according to the range we use. We Nanjing Fei Yue Digital is a company specializing in thermal transfer printing equipment, our products are sold at home and abroad, welcome to call us, each of your suggestions is our driving force.
